These spoons are amazing! Only produced in 1933 to commemorate that year's World's Fair, held in Chicago. Each spoon features a Valkyrie crowned with the words I WILL. In Norse mythology, a valkyrie is one of a host of female figures who choose those who may die in battle and those who may live.
My favorite spoons to work with have detail on the back as well as the front, so that when made into rings there is extra, secret imagery to admire when the ring is taken off. These spoons feature a cityscape and are inscribed "Travel and Transportation Building".
